pan fried peaches

Haven't made these yet but I'm excited to try!

  • 4 fresh peaches, any kind
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • around 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • pinch of salt

ingredients

  • Cut each peach into half & remove the pit.
  • Melt butter in a pan on low heat. Add brown sugar, powdered cinnamon, ginger, and salt
  • Add the peaches opened side down in the pan. Cook for 5-7 min on low heat or until the peaches gets browned and caramelized
  • Gently turn them over and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes
  • Serve hot! You can enjoy with ice cream, whipped cream, or with sweet bread
