Cut each
peach into half & remove the pit.

Melt butter in a pan on low heat. Add
brown sugar, powdered cinnamon, ginger,
and salt

Add the peaches opened side down in the pan. Cook for
5-7 min on low heat or until the peaches gets browned and
caramelized

Gently turn them over and cook the other side for 2-3
minutes

Serve hot! You can enjoy with ice cream,
whipped cream, or with sweet bread
